Buy fresh, specialist and artisan produce from the artisan market stalls, and if you're feeling brave give the chili eating competition a go. Be sure to fill up on samples of food from top local restaurants, Street Food avenue, the BBQ arena and the new Tasting Theatre, which is home to pastry chefs, chocolatiers, bakers, sugarcraft experts and more.
