Elm Farm Country House
Set amid 1.5 acres of gardens, the Elm Farm Country House dates back to the 1600s and provides a bolthole for a rural retreat. The hotel boasts a duck pond and the ‘Garden of Eden’, while the market, shops and sights of Norwich are accessible in about a 15-minute drive.
Housed in the original dairy and stables, the bedrooms feature oak-beamed ceilings and traditional decor, and come fitted with flat-screen TVs and private bathrooms.
The restaurant serves home-cooked meals for breakfast and dinner, consisting of traditional meals such as a full English breakfast, beer-battered cod and chips or steak and ale pie, while light bites and snacks are also available.
